Moreover: Very formal. Adds information that supports a point.
Ex: Smoking is bad; moreover, it is expensive.
As well as: Followed by a noun or -ing.
Ex: She plays piano as well as singing.
Besides: Means "In addition to". Often used to add an extra reason.
Unlike although, these are prepositions. They are followed by:
